Shipping prices

We send all our products via royal mail free of charge, unless you choose otherwise. THIS SHIPPING IS NOT PROTECTED IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST AND ANOTHER ITEM WILL NOT BE SENT. 

Protected if lost, stolen or damaged 
If you would like your parcel sent signed for then you will have to pay £5.00 flat rate. YOUR PARCEL WILL BE PROTECTED IF IT IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED,  IF THIS SHIPPING METHOD IS CHOSEN. WE WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE THAT YOU USE THIS METHOD. 

Can I return an item to Easy Magic?

Easy Magic aim to guarantee your satisfaction in all cases but please be fully aware of the following returns policy before making a purchase:

When you purchase a magic product you are buying a secret as well as a prop in many cases. Easy Magic only exchange items that are FAULTY and not for any other reason (Faulty items should be reported to Easy Magic not later than 7 days after you have received your item). In the case of faulty items, upon receipt of the item, Easy Magic will issue a straight swap for another unit of the same product that will be checked by our staff before dispatch. Easy Magic will only exchange faulty DVD’s for a working copy of the same title; titles cannot be exchange for alternatives. Books cannot be returned if the shrink-wrap has been opened and will only be exchanged in cases of damage in transit for an undamaged duplicate title.

 

If you try to return an item that is not FAULTY and simply because it is “not what you thought it was”or “does not fit your style” then Easy Magic do not deem this appropriate grounds for exchange and reserve the right to refuse the return and will simply return the item to you if no correspondence or agreement has been made prior to Easy Magic taking receipt of the return. *If however Easy Magic do agree to accepting the item back a restocking fee of 25% and cost of postage will be deducted.

I am having a problem ordering – what should I do?

Easy Magic are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction, so if you have queries pertaining to your order then please call us on 07518987593 and similarly if you have any suggestions or comments please email us on Info@diablomagic.co.uk as we will be happy to hear from you.

When will my order be dispatched to me?

We dispatch all orders usually on the same day or next day, but please allow up to 3 workings days to products to be dispatched. If you want to guarantee your order gets dispatched the same day then please ensure that you place your order by 12.00pm GMT at the latest.

Some order will take around 7-10 days to be delivered to your self. Please contact me first if this is a issue.
